Cheap FM 10 model radio system

It is a safety issue with the speeds sport FE boats are going these days to remain using AM. Here is a great deal for sport boaters wanting to go FM.

Futaba: transmitter/receiver and 2 servos. 10 model memory.

It also has a $10.00/$5.00 rebate for a grand total of $54.99.

$14.99 for each additional FM receiver.

Note: all the boats you program into the transmitter will need to be the same frequency.

Place your order of just $50 or more and for a limited time we'll take $20.00 off the total. All you have to do to claim your savings is to use ad number 011RW and it will be placed in your shopping cart. One per family or address.

Or a Futaba multi frequency transmitter with 10 model memory. It also has a $10.00/$5.00 rebate for a grand total of $134.97

I was just looking at that last night to run 3 different vehicles from one transmitter. I didn't see the additional recievers for 15 bucks each though. Do you know what part number that is?

Ok cool that makes sense thanks for the tip I think it's time to junk my collection of RTR am radios but I can't handle those "Spectrum" prices. Have you fellows noticed a real difference between am and fm as far as range and glitching? To be honest my am radios really don't give me much problem but as I move to faster boats (li-pos have been ordered) I want to be as safe as possible.

there is a Hitec FM reciever that might work for $34.99 and crystal for $9.49. Says it works with Futaba.

Is dual rate and dual conversion the same thing? I could use some help here.
