Btw, have you thought about going up higher in volts for that 1530 ? do a vid once you do man, im really curious to see how flys... and sounds.
Tp4070 vs 1530 neu in same boat, no changes

Those results are pretty crazy Travis, do you look at the data logging and compare loaded rpm?

I have a video with the boat flipping. Only video I did of it but you can hear it screams. I'll post it if you want.Originally posted by dmitry100 View PostBtw, have you thought about going up higher in volts for that 1530 ? do a vid once you do man, im really curious to see how flys... and sounds.32" carbon rivercat single 4s 102mph, 27” mini Rivercat 92mph, kbb34 91mph, jessej micro cat(too fast) was

I agree. Loaded rpm on the tp was around 30k. I'll pull the log on the neu tonight. I'm tell you tho... The sound of the neu sounded so powerful.32" carbon rivercat single 4s 102mph, 27” mini Rivercat 92mph, kbb34 91mph, jessej micro cat(too fast) was

I don't need to add any more volts to it. At this point it's fast enough. I may run it on 7s but that should easily put it in the 90's. This boat is sold anyway so I don't want to push it any further. The guy is more than happy with 80 on 6s. Matter of fact I'm making him order some 2s packs so he can run it on 4s and go 55-60 and not worry about going that fast. Here's the one video I have of it.

Guys please keep in mind that the 80.1mph pass was a better prop. The 65 vs 76 runs are with the same prop. I also think that (my theory) if the neu can push it a little faster then it will sort of multiply itself (no other way I can think to put it) because it will put the boat even more out the water. For example. Say the neu has the power to push the boat 5-6mph faster. Just in a power difference. Then that extra speed may create more lift and increase speed even more. That's my theory. I could be full of it or I could have a point. Who knows. If there's any doubt, I'll be glad to put the tp back in and run it again. I'm definitely not aiming to fudge anything. I just wanted to share some actual results. Believe me, I'm having a hard time believing this stuff myself. How bout I do a short video of each motor on my motor kv checker? I can do that this evening. I'll video it more this weekend and if it weren't so dang hot I'd swap motors at the lake. Here's something I'd like to point out......
The 1500kv neu in my other mono ran 65-68. Here's a video of it. Listen to the difference. This is a 1914 prop in this video.

The strut is pretty much adjusted the same from measurements off my previous boat. Yea, the 1530 sounds sick on 6s.Originally posted by dmitry100 View PostHmmm.... that sure doesn't scream anywhere like it did like in your 1530 vid...32" carbon rivercat single 4s 102mph, 27” mini Rivercat 92mph, kbb34 91mph, jessej micro cat(too fast) was

This 1530 is a competition wind and costs a bit more.Originally posted by Jamey View PostSo basically the 1530 is a pretty good jump from the 1527 too. 7-10mph is worth $15 and couple ounces

White boat had a 1500kv 1527. Green boat has a 1530 1580kv. White boat was a little slower. Both videos are on 6s. Let me see if I can find the fastest video of the 1527....32" carbon rivercat single 4s 102mph, 27” mini Rivercat 92mph, kbb34 91mph, jessej micro cat(too fast) was
