motor comes to slow halt

I have cat with a 120a esc by seaking and a 1800 kv motor by aquacraft. I run this setup on 6s. I was at the lake the other day and i was running like normal, then it slowed way down. I figured the lvc stepped in. I also checked wires connecting motor to esc. I connected a 3s battery just to make sure i got connections right, and the motor spins, but gradually slows down to a stop. I tried a 4s, same thing. I am holding the trigger wot btw. Fresh batteries. Any ideas?

I think i figured it out. I bound another tx to the current rx, then bound original tx back to rx. Seems to have worked.

Watch out for temp on that motor with 6s.

Still having this issue with another tx. Ran the boat on both 4s and 6s, and it almost looked like I was chopping the throttle out on the lake. The motor would cut in and out. Maybe well get a whole new esc and motor in this guy 😨

Disable the LVC, that is a common issue with some Chinese controllers.

I will look into that. I had the esc on auto detect sells. That could have been the issue as well. I swapped original esc into boat, that way I can figure out if it's the esc or motor

A 120 amp esc with an 1800 kv motor on 6s is already borderline. A Leopard 4082 on a 120 amp esc is just asking for trouble, especially if you're swinging a decently large prop. Might want to step up to a 180 amp controller just for piece of mind.

I have a seaking 180 amp laying around. Doesn't really fit in the Lucas oil very well tho. I might keep it with stock electronics and spin a larger prop. Thanks for the input, I appreciate it
