    Is there a diff between a neu castle 1515 2200kv with fins and one without, besides the fins?

              No difference. Fins are for offroad racing while no fins is for a waterjacket

                  I am pretty sure OSE sells a water jacket for it, just got a finned one for 113.00 shipped, anyway I hope they have one for it, I know I remember seeing some for finned motors like the 1717.
