anyone had any experience with the new v3 seaking 180amp esc's? are they beter or worse then the version twos?what connectors do they come with?

Takes longer to have a meaningful verdict. Usually months if not years for something like that, that's why when people say the Seaking 180 is a good unit, one can comfortably rely on that comment.
