    8s ESC Recommendation

    Team,
I want to build a rigger with a TP2935 8y, 1680 KV motor I have. I would like to run it on 8S, (I know, its a lot).
    Here is the hull:

Question is, what is ESC should I get? I dont need a lot of amps.
Looking for a light unit, perhaps with a BEC if available.
    I was considering a Flier 8S, 120A model with a BEC.

I wouldn't recommend a Flier ESC to anyone after the trouble they gave me. Hobbywing makes a 150A HV ESC, so does Swordfish. Not sure what your budget is like, but MGM makes a compact 25035 in the X2 Lite series. You'll probably need to un an external BEC circuit.

Nice hull. You'd save a chunk of change on the ESC if you dropped down to 6s, and it would still be pretty HV considering it is normally a 2-3s boat.
