Alien power systems 300amp ESC??

Has anyone tried the 300amp Aliens? If so I would appreciate any opinions. Im looking for a 300amp esc for a Q cat and or mono.

I have a Alien + a Flier 300 and i had Problems with both !
Now i have a ZTW 300 no Problems with it !But have it only a few Months !
Very smooth and cool ! Have also 160 amps and never hot ! Willi !

Thanks for the response. From what I've heard the 300 amp ZTWs are work horses. They take up a lot of space though.
