When I power it up it sounds great on the beach but once the boat hits the water and the prop bites it goes to running at only half throttle. I bring it in and untape and the led is flashing red. Its brand new and it's done this since I stucknit in the boat.

Now I did change the timing from default to 0degrees due to the motor im running. From what I've been reading and I've also experienced it on my pursuit, your hitting the LVC on the ESC. I had to disable the LVC on mine and just put a timer on my radio to alert me after so many mins. Try and disable it and see if the power is back.
Low-voltage Cutoff Threshold:
This function prevents the Lipo battery pack from over-discharging. The ESC detects the battery voltage all the time, if the voltage goes below the threshold for 2 seconds, the output power will be halved and the Red LED flashes slowly.Comment
