Twin Etti 150's ? How do I set em up?

So I just got my H&M Supercat after being built up... it has twin 10xl's and twin etti 150's... My question now is how do I hook em up??? Do I use a Y adapter like the ones I use in my airplanes when each wing has an aileron servo??

I figure this is how just don't want to injure two esc's!!
