Castle Hydra 120 Cap replacement help..

Boy I've been putting a hurting on esc's this year...lol...

Anyway I got a little aggressive with my prop choice on my H&M drifter L 36" cat...

    It has a fdm 9xl with a hydra 120...

I was running it today and ended with a nicely balanced and sharpened prather 230 on 4s2p..... boy was the boat moving ! I would estimate around 50mph.....no gps on board.....

It was running the fastest the boat has on 4s no question.... Boat ran fine and I brought it in after 5 minutes with still a little juice left.... I took off the lid and the temps were 110 on the lipos..., 128 on the 9xl, and 145 on the hydra.... a little too hot a setup..... I noticed upon further inspection that one of the castles caps had a little brown residue and had puffed out some.... I take it that means I toasted a cap?

My question is where can I get replacement caps and should I send it out to get fixed or tackle it myself?

I have one esc out with another member getting worked on.... didn't know if this was an easy fix or should I send it to someone with better soldering skills?

Here you go. Bottom of the page for caps. Not that hard to solder on providing you have the basic skills. http://www.kintecracing.com/Electrical.html
