Hyperion Charger/Thunder Power - balance board?

I'm not having any luck finding this adaptor. Does anyone know a source? Also, I want to run the 2 4s Thunder Power batteries parallel to run 4s/10,000 for p-spec mono offshore. Do I have to build a Harness or does someone build it with 5.5 connectors?
