When i set my charger to storage mode it sets at 3.8v for storage. My first battery finished with 3.8v on both cells but my second finished with 3.75 and 3.78. Is this ok?

Good point... Chargers are always +/-. The thing to remember is that the storage state is to get the batteries to their most stable state. Which has been accepted as 3.8V. It is really the extreme high voltage and low that can be damaging. (at peak charge 4.2V/Cell)
