Turnigy Multi-charger ??

Has anybody had a chance to try this out yet ? I'm sorta on the fence with the whole multi-charger thing - I had looked at the Hitec and Quattro multi-charger, but the comments on problems with one port not working or charging issues has me somewhat cautious.

Any comments on the Turnight or the quattro/hitec versions would be appreciated ! The feedback here is what I use to make a lot of my decisions (rc related, of course )

I have the Hitec X2 ultima and use it for all my Lipos for boats and heli's. Absolutly love it and am about to order another one. It takes some getting used to programming stored charge profiles but once you play with it for a little while its a breeze.

The only down side to the 4 port systems like the one from turnigy that you posted , is that they are only 50 watts per port wich will take you almost twice the amount of time to charge the packs (wich defeats the point of charging 4 at once) With the X2 the output is 200 watts per port...... What happens if it goes down ?
For the money you could get two 8150 and have 300w,
And if one goes down still have a charger to use.

I have that same power supply, works good, but I'm thinking of selling it cuz I don't really use it much at all...

With me that is the only one I have, Besides a power pack for a pc that I started with.lol
And with the Stealth I may need another charger to do 8s or 10s not sure yet.

Thanks for the input guys - based on the comments, I think I'm better off going with a coupla dual chargers. I may check out the Hitec X2 and the Hyperion Duo.

I use 2 Hyperion 1420iNet chargers with a 24v power supply. Each will charge 2 packs of the same ratings at once if they are charged in series. It takes about an hr to charge 4 packs at once. I can charge faster than I can use the batteries. Hyperion all the way for me.
