charger 101 questions

am brand new to useing a real charger instead of a wall charger i have a supermate dc-6 , i need to know the 1- charge current 0.0a ? 2- the discharge rate 0.0a 0.0v ? and 3- the recomended number of cycles ? for a 12v nihm pack 1400 mah and a 9.6v nihm pack 1100 mah , i think i have down the way set it up but dont know the numbers any help would be appreciated !
