Mulitplex LN 5014 Charger Question

Hello! I have a Multiplex LN 5014 charger and I am wondering if I need a balancer in order to charge Lipoly batteries!

I had this charger just a little while back. Super great charger.
You do not need balancer to charge your LiPo's. Use one only if your batteries are out of balance where 1 cell voltage is not the same as the other one by fare.
This is what I was using before with this charger. Works great and its balanceing very well:

I think the Hyperion Balancers LBA10 are better and can be had for I think 25.00 on ebay. I also have had this charger and it works well.
