I wonder how accurate the ratings are? 6S at 6amps x 4 charging ports would be over 500 watts for the charger. I dont see a fan or some large cooling ports for ventilation so I am a bit doubtful of the rating. 24 amps in such a small package could generate some heat.

        this is a great charger!

It has a power supply for AC built in. Charger is $55 and shipping only $4.95 and it's here in the states! If something goes wrong it won't cost more to return it than it cost! I've had to throw away stuff from Hobbyking that was defective because it didn't make sense to pay more to return it than it cost. Hobbyking knows this!

That one is at least a little more realistic and I can believe 2.2 amps on 6S in that package. And it has 2 fans as well.

So how about it guy's. You that have one how about showing us it charging four 6S packs at 6amps each. This I want to see.

Where does it say 6 amps? Am I missing something?

at the bottom of the description, it says "Maximum Charge Current per port":6amps

I would guess that's a 50 watt charger per channel, 6A max but only being able to hit that on low cell counts with the current tapering off as the cell count increases, just like my Hyperion 1210s which can do 12s and 10A but being 180watts max not 10A at 12s.

The first review on the Hobby King site the guy wrote down estimated amperage for whatever "s" pack used. I'd guess if it did 6amps a port, it would be strictly on 2s batteries. My turnigy charger (Accucell 6) Slaps in 5a on 2s then drops to 4.3a or so on the 3s batts.

my guess is 6A per port, but if charging 4 6s packs you will only see 1.5A per port for a total of 6A charging

I think there basing the output on the input voltage which they have listed as a 12v car battery.
