Balance charging question

At this time, I can only balance charge one battery at a time. With regard to 2p, or series setups,(matched batteries), how *important* is it to balance the two together? As you would with a dual charger setup?

I prefer parallel charging as my lipos are identicaly charged.
The importance is this: your lipos work as one 100%

Thankz for the response. I'm thinking of making an adapter for parallel charging, and was wondering if it was really worth it. Presently, I charge one at a time with one charger, or for speed, charge both batteries on two different chargers.
