Save yourself some woes and go wire drive. No maintenance, no fraying and lower resistance. Plus you have a lot thinner stuffing tube coming out the hull, lower drag.
If you must go cable and you are thinking at 4S (~35k rpms) you want at least .150 if not bigger."Look good doin' it"
