What thickness Balsa/Ply are you going to use for the framework?

18"it is kinda small but i want to try the design first an i have a bunch of small lipos i want to use . i was thinking i would use 3/32 balsa for the frame work and some thin ply for the skin

By all means build your own boat. I design / draw from photos my own.
Do not be afraid to use balsa, just seal it well.
