    MHZ 114 Setup.

I wanf to build a Twin MHZ 114, I have 2 x Dr Mad Thrust 3682 - 1700 kV. What do you think about the motors with 2 x 7S batteries?

I wouldn't use 36mm motors on a 114 hull. 40-44mm are the more appropriate range.

I use a single TP 5660 1380kv on 8s, but that's thinking outside of the box but works perfect

36mm motors are fine in that size hull,

loads of setups in europe had 1940 / 1950 Lehners that are also 36mm and ran fine depends what you want from it... i have no experience with Dr mad thrust tho...

          2-pole 19 series Lenher's are not what he's considering using and don't lend any credit to putting a traditional 36mm 4-6pole in-runner motor in a 45" hull
