2 x 4S 5000 or 2 x 5S 5000's

5S= 18.5V x 2800Kv = 51800 rpm two motors though...

Just a FYI... Hope you have some low pro 5000mah 5S batts.... To be realistic, you have about 36mm max for batt height on top of your tunnel. 27 mm if you want it to slide under the deck lip.

IMO I think youd have to get it crazy fast to start worrying about hull mods. Im running 67mph and dont feel I have to change a thing. Glass or slight chop, she runs fantastic.

i have two of these boats the un-modded one best was 104 kph same setup....


the modded one that is heavier best 112 kph .....

work's for me but its a huge amount of work to mod and its not for everyone....

About 4-5 mins

i normally run 2 mins sets trying different setup's ..I have a 200amp esc on the way so might get a little better speed out of these prop's yet....

Im going to try and work out a way to water cool the caps because they are the only things that are getting hot..

Never done that before how many do you think? on a 180amp esc and do you put them in series or parrall????

i just got my boat all set and i am going to install 8xl with 180amp esc what prop should i start? I am looking for 50-60mph?
