x2 on the hatch bolts. I use small window weatherstrip from local hardware store works great. I don't get a drop of water in my cat and they hold up to hard hits like Travis stated. I hate tape its just inconvenient, I have to tape my hydro hatch and it drives me nuts when I want to run 3 sets of packs through it Lol

You are going to run the 4082 on 4s? Also, is that the Boat version of the 4082 or the Car version?

Per the Leopard spec page that 4082 can produce 3500 max watts, if running on 4s you could be pulling 200+ Amps (Max Watts divided by Voltage = 3500w/16.8v = 208amps) Also as the voltage of the packs drop over the course of the run the amp demand increases slightly to 3500w/14.8v = 236amps.

The 2200kv unit shows Max voltage input of 20V as well so 6s packs at 25.2v fully charged might not be good either?

On 4S the voltage when actually running at over 200 amps is much closer to 14.0, so to produce 3500 watts you need ~250 amps - too many amps for that Leopard. But the specs actually say 2400 watts, with a burst of 3500 watts. So for constant running only 160 amps are needed.

Spec pages are not guarantees of performance. Most are calculated with the highest voltage anyway, thus the lowest amps. In this case 20 volts so just 120 amps - even more reasonable.

How fast speed wise or how fast building it? Building it was much faster no doubt but just didn't look as neat. It does take a little learning to place things where it will look tidy on the inside. Does that really matter? Not really as long as it runs well. I've been thinking maybe I've been majorly slacking because it's been taking a long time to build things lately but now that I think about it I'm just doing a whole lot more little things on each build.
