Any Q. welcome.By the way, I have a RTR boat which is surge crusher (upgraded motor and esc), I had an other one and sold it, but this is my first built by my own.....

one thing that concerns me though, is that there is only one screw in the sides of the motor mount & I can't see anything holding the rear of the motor in place. It may just be the photos. But if there is nothing supporting the rear of the motor it will start to move up & down, especially in a hard tumble, & will probably break the flex at the stuffing tube.

I've got one waiting to be built up for our EA class racing. Just haven't got around to it yet.

Same shop I bought. exept rudder and prop (TFL) all hardware from that shop. I made only a mistake I didnt place the shaft saver in to the stinger all the way.
But there is no leaking in the hull even a drop.

You are realy watchful. I had to move out rear support because of water jacket lenght. I was wishing to order shorter water jacket for the motor and reinstall rear support. Do you think that I really do this immediatelly?

Yes.
The single bolt in the side of the motor mount will not hold the motor steady. It will become a pivot point.The motor angle must stay in line with the flex shaft coming out of the stuffing tube or the whole thing can fly to bits.
You can of course leave the water jacket & just bolt on or glass in a couple of brackets to the rear of the motor mount further back so that the tail ring will fit behind the water jacket. Just a couple of bits of thin carbon fiber plate or aluminium will do the trick.
Offshore actually sell a little kit, but the brackets are easy enough to make
