    How should I wire this?

Building a small twin cat. Two seaking 120's for escs. Plan on running on 3s and 4s. Should I:

    1) red the positive to positive and negative to negative on both escs and then y it off to two 3s or 4s packs

    Or

    2) run a 3s or 4s directly to Each esc

    Or

    3) run the same as #1 but run two 2s packs in series or a 2s and a 1s in series for 3s. This also gives me the option to run it on 5s if I want to get crazy (2400kv motors) and it's less weigh this way too....

Isolate each side. There is no need to parallel the controllers, unless running at an IMPBA event where it's required. If you have a failure with at motor or ESC, it will be contained to that side only.

Thanks. I guess the main reason I wanted to tie them together was because I'd have the bec pulling off one side and drain one side a little more.

You could always run a little 2s lipo just for the bec. I got 1000mah coming for my boat. Description seems pretty small.

I don't like extra stuff, weight and an extra battery I've got to charge. I'd much rather an external bec. Never have to worry with it. I can see myself getting caught with a dead rx battery quite often. Lol

#2... everyone says to unhook one of the BEC's. You don't have to do that. I ALWAYS run both plugged into a splitter with no problems, and ran my twin today with the new T 120's in it and it worked fine.

Here is a copy of the wiring diagram.

Why not use different color tape. And/or put a single stripe for one esc and a double stripe for the other. Think that's what I would do. Good luck keep it simple.

The diagram is for wiring two ESC's to two batteries wired in Parallel.

When you see the reference 4S2P it means two 4S packs wired in Parallel

If you are using 5,000mAMP packs by running two in Parallel your system now has 10,000mAMP's available.

When wired as above both ESC's and motors see the 10,000mAMP's
                  and your batteries discharge equally.
