        If that locktite you have is safe for rubber and is flexible when it sets up it should work. Try a test with a small dab of the locktite on something. Let it cure and see how it is when cured.

              Nope, they are to big Heath, they need a inside diameter of 39.5 mm and tickness no more than 1.5 mm
