That ESC looks sweet! Good looking mod that I haven't seen before on a 180 with the carbon fiber piece. I have an idea where that thing is going :)

Have you figured out the Swordfish ESC with your Spartan?

Nope, still don't know how to set it up.

Guys, if anyone knows how to set up a swordfish 300A, please advise! I'm clueless. I connected it to the pc, seems like I chose the right settings, but the boat is still really slow. My setup is a leopard 1350 56mm motor, 8S 70c batteries, and a SF 300A.

          Very nice work, my friend!

When I contemplate your advice and overlay that with your pictures...I get a much better understanding of how it all works together...

Thank you VERY much for your posts...and... your help and support!

Finally made some more progress on my friend's genesis. I didn't have much time and motivation, but now I'm back at it.

Wow, thank you for the great work man, she is looking great!!!

Now I just need to finalize the setup for that boat. My current Genesis with a Leopard 4092 1730kv and Seaking 180a is a solid 65mph boat, but I'm going to take this new one to the next level.

From what I've read, the Leopard 4082 1600kv is a 8S motor? That paired with Swordfish 240 or 300 on 7S should get me into the low 70 mph range, and close to 80 mph on 8S. That maybe the direction I'm heading with it.

Awesome looking inlay, specially considering the tight space. Mounts and glue looking great also!

Not recommending this as go ahead and try, but I've seen that setup on 8s with around a 45mm prop doing in the 90's with the SF 240a

Thank you for the great work!
