major mods to motley crew

Good to see what you were talking to me about. looks good. I do not get on line much any more. I found it was getting in the way of getting things done. so I cut it out until I get home. I still can get emails and read a little on my phone but it drives me nuts on the little screen.

No opc..just wanted to take a motley crew and apply some ideas that I thought would help it...like I said..it might not work..but it might..only one way to tell..that is to try it..just finishing hatch today randy..then final sanding and smoothing

hatch done..still cant decide if I like the scoop on top..but off to work for a couple of days..then home final sanding and prepping to ship out to get mold done and hull built

Did you just build up the sides or you split the hull and widened in the middle ? Sorry, I should know better than to ask such a stupid question.

lol..no question is stupid..i cut it down middle which at the time seemed the best as the hull I had had a big twist in it..now sits completely flat

I can not remember which side needs to be lower. One should to make it turn faster I would have to look at one of my boats. I think it is the left side and the strut is off set to the right.

Easy to remedy with an air dam as long as the speed isn't too high. I like the new looks.

I do know on both of my rtr boats..motley and blackjack..both were higher on left rear,,right sponson sat lower..i did some cutting on my original mc..straightened it out..cornered muchbetter..lot less spin outs
