Rc jet boat replica?!?!?!?

Anyone ever built or seen a jet boat built? ( not a "race" jet sprint boat) Thinking of building a replica of my 1:1 boat. It's got a 454 BBC. I'm thinking of using a grupner stye jet pump and finishing of the top with a scale big block. Just wondering if anyone ever took on or seen this before
