Disar I've made a few molds years back. To aid in the removal of the hull from the mold we would glass a air fitting into the bottom of the mold ,sometimes two, depending on the size of the mold. Once the hull is curred you pump your air compressor up to 100psi or so and simply plug it in. The hull pops out in a split second.
Also you might want to frame some structure (wood) into your mold while you are makeing it. This will prevent your mold from warping durring curring and after. Just a few tips, keep up the good work!!
