1/64 plywood, 1/32 plywood, various balsa sizes, all depends on the size of the hull.

my hull is about 16 inches long and 6 1/2 inches wide and the hight it about 2 1/2 inches

I would use balsa for the bulk heads, and 1/64 ply for the skin, or 1/32 for the parts that will endour stress, like transom and motor area.
