YOu could make a fiberglass canopy.
You could easily make a mold from the one you have.

Getting closer. I stopped because I can't decide how I want to run the power wires to the batteries. Going to be run in series and I can't get over the fact that im going to have about a foot long wire going from battery to battery. And then the way this esc is, its so huge I have to mount it sideways and the battery wires are on one side. I really wanted to keep the wires the same length.

Looks good!!
Some considerations for ya:
1. water cooling. You are going to want the motor water cooling exit at the highest point, at the back top of the cooling jacket, near where the wires are coming out. That way, the bubbles natural work their way out of the system.

Im not too sure what I need to do about the balance point. I usually mount stuff where it'll fit then drive the boat and move the batteries forward and backward until I get it how I want it. That's why I made the battery trays so l do this. Any input will be appreciated unless you tell me I need to move some stuff around lol. another cooling debate. turn the jacket so that the exit nipple is at the highest point possible. Doing so will ensure there isn't any air trapped inside the can and provide better cooling.

The build looks great! I am doing a single engine build in a big mono and am having the same issues trying to figure a way to keep things short and tidy. Seems like you have to build a twin (big cf plate in middle to hide everything!)to get things where you want them to be. Having that oring in there can't hurt. I have my doubts that the cooling system is an issue. If your cruising down the lake is with a 3ft plus stream of cooling water exiting I don't see air getting trapped anywhere. Perhaps you could run the series connection through a cf tube or under the esc to tidy things up but you have a pile of big stuff in a small place so it is what it is. Short of turning the esc 90 development and running long wires on both sides up the front your layout choices are limited. Can't wait to see her fly!

Im going to look at it some more and see what else I can do to make it neater. Does anyone know if I can extend the cap bank wires? If I can then I can move it out the way an run the esc a different way. Im even considering just getting a different esc. This one is overkill for what im trying to do anyway.
