ok wow i did it just bent the motor mount a tad and made the hole in the middle down a bit. all i need to do now is use the dremmel sanding wheel and trim the wood in the rear i dont even need to cut that wood lol that was preety easy here are some pics i will trim in the back later today and will get pics today or tomarow

i have got the bend a little better now its a bend and full straight i cut the rear a little sealed it and walla its perfect 3rd times a charm

lol.. i have actually seen one in action.. it was funny cuz the guy put like a water sprayer on the beak of the duck and all the little children thought it was real untill he sprayed them .. it was awsome.. also alot of ducks wher following it..
