    Vac-U-Pickle w/SV power vid

Here is a vid of some testing I did last weekend.
Unpainted prototype with Fullers hadrware, SV power package on 4s 4900s with a M645.
I want to try a cupped 645 to try to reduce some of the hop.(strut is all the way up) I think I may be missing the weight of the rec. pack at the transom. Then again it may be ok, the lake was a pretty rough.
After 7+ laps the motor was the warmest thing in the boat at 125'F. Cells took 2800ma .
That is a 20 size mono I'm playing with out there.

Shes a runner Doug. Sounds like it had about 5 laps left in it. Nice setup.

Same setup as I'm building now. SV27 power, CC Barracuda 80amp ESC, 4500mah 4S lipo's, Fullers h/w. So far looks great and hope to get her wet next week... :)

Well excuuuuuse meeeeee!!! I had some computer issues this week.

Next weekend I'll be testing a 1509 1Y on 2s2p in the same boat. I'll post a vid on this thread.

          Thanks Tom!!!

Doug, I think you may have a serious problem with your hydro. It has a really really bad buzzing sound coming from some where behind your transom you may need to have it checked out!

                    Thanks,
I took some pics of the setup but they are dark. ( this guy paints the inside of his boats black) It is the same setup as the LSH except the ESC is turned side ways right in front of the motor, and there is no rec pack.
I'm bulding one for a fellow in Washington, I'll post pics of it.

Here are a couple I built for two of Phil's customers. Both of these are running SV 27 power systems and Fullers hardware.

Those are sweet paint schemes Doug!!

I found the best cf prop for my setup (SV27 power as well) was a 42mm. The 45mm heated the motor up to much (about 160f), where as the 42mm keeps it cool at around 120f max (two 2S 5000mah lipos for power).

Thanks and I'm glad you got yours dialed in.
The red and yellow boat is going out to a guy that runs for sport, so I think I'll dial his in with a x442 before I send it out.. I have also been tweeking on some others to play around with.

Looking and running great! Whats the purpose of having the servo so far offset?

Thanks Doozie. There is a cut out in the stringer for the servo. You can move could move the servo out but I haven't had any trouble with the 1/16" SS wire.
