Ok so why is my cog so far forward with everything so far back? Im confused? I wonder if he packed more stuff up front like he did with the lipos.

Have you put it on a dowel or something to establish CG?It should be 7" forward of the rear edge that touches the water.

Any. Seems like all your boats are BA and how can i measure the cog like your saying

Grab a round dowel or pipe or something of the sort and place it on a table,then place your boat on it and,,,just a minute I have pics here somewhere.

Now is it 7 inches from the rudder or the transom.

Now a question, which would be better, a longer deeper rudder or the rudder i have on there now?

Mine is even cut down a little.The one you have is fine. You can take a file to it and sharpen the front of it.It probably has a small flat front edge.But that is fine tuning stuff.Get it running good first.

The inside of mine is functional,not all cherry like Jason's(but then he paid me to paint and CF his.He just doesn't know what I did inside(it's a surprise)
