    Motor mount problem

Hopefully this is the right section to post this in. I ordered a motor mount, and when I placed it in the boat, the motor shaft pointed upwards rather than down... now I am stuck. I have tryed to adjust it and nothing. Does anyone have any suggestions?.

I would just mount it which ever way it works, you never know the pic may be wrong, just a pic of it to show what it is.
