    Siggy's Swiss Model Powerboat

I was quite fascinated by the speed of model electric-powered Boats. It genuinely was a delightful thought dreaming of having one of this. Thanks to a kind and helpful gentleman, HansPeter agreed to make a dream - a Reality. I want to share the build hoping to draw-in insights and gain some recommendations, as well. Thanks OSE!

In all excitement and anticipation, I requested for a few pictures. These were taken by HansPeter at the home of HPR in Switzerland.

THANKS for the Encouragement and Yes the Project is quite exhilarating. I stumbled upon these pair of "old-school" in "like-new" condition.

Hoping that the pair is a good choice.

Then I picked-up a pair of Leaner1950/5 from a guy from Italy and a pair of propshop props sharpened, balanced, and polished from Germany.

I like the 950 CF Cat size. Great Performance packed in a slightly smaller package.

I have read that the LMT and Schulze are a perfect marriage.
ManuelW did mention that a pair of "old school" Schulze 40.160WK would be a tight fit for an HPR C5009 Mystic.

                    Mystic.jpg

Greatly Appreciate the HUGE help of Punisher 67. He designed and fabricated a beautiful/sturdy ESC mount.

                    Image.jpg

LOVE the precise/exact fitment and low CG.

                    SAM_2723.jpg

Punisher 67 design allows this to be mounted permanently or with the use of velcro fasteners. SWEET!

Hi Siggy! Nice build my friend! When will be the maiden? Are we going to see this fantastic boat in Manila anytime soon?

BTW, on post #1 3rd photo, I see other hulls, are those spares?

Thanks! Looking forward to a long-due vacation. Let's do the Full-Throttle SAW Run in Manila.

With the excellent workmanship and Carbon Kevlar Hybrid Fibre, do I really need a spare?! But surely a GREAT sight to have 2 or 3 swiss powerboats running in tandem. :)

Here is a full mock-up, with the Punisher67 Mount.

                          Hello Siggy,

the ESC mount looks beautiful. For the setup: Do you want to run 2x 5S or 2x 6S? I also wish you a succesful maiden run!

                          Best regards,
                          Manuel
