Well well well some progress I see! Grrr cutting carbon by hand,? See you next Xmas then LOL. Looking good though! Those motors are massive, lots of torque as well. Lol! Working on some carbon parts for another OSE member this week so no progress at the moment. Sorry to hear about your prop shaft. That exact thing happened to me on my 37 twins maiden. I switched to the billet collers with set screws and it hasn't happened since.
