I had put that on for a separate Rx pack.There is no BEC.I'm gonna fire it up tonight and try an Astroflight 207 I found while digging around for ya.Thought I may have had some old props.NOT.I'm not that concerned with money as I'd rather see it in use and help you with the FDP.

Oh my bad,this does have a BEC.Geez,now I can't remember why I added the spare plug.This controller is old,20 years or somewhere around there.Oh,by the way,it seems to check out fine.I'm glad.Man,its slow around here,you're only third down the list and you replied at 10:00 am.

Yeah its pretty slow I've put about 7 other treads and they have gotten only about 3 replies and is it watterproof. Maybe one plug is the bec and one is the control for it ?

It is waterproof,advertised as and everything.It is a great controller,it was about $400.It's just for brushed motors only and I'm on full on brushless.If you want to watercool it you can add a cooling plate to it.It had one,just don't know where it got to.

Ok and what plugs does it have for the batts and motor ?

Wish I would've chacked this earlier so as to move this along,I was busy mounting driveline on the Carbon Cat.What kind of plugs would you like to see on it?Don't really have any on right now.Think i've got some Deans,Traxxas(lots),Sermos and maybe a couple Astro Flight.Oh yeah, the red Tamiya in the pic is for the reverse battery pack.Yes it's got a separate reverse system inside.Don't think I ever used it.Cool option though.

How does the reverse battery option work ? Sounds intresting

It just runs a separate battery pack for reverse,then it runs like any other ESC.They used to have a hard time with polarity reversing in high amp ESC's.

Ok so it runs on two battery packs 1 for reverse and 2 for foward the one for reverse works on foward also right ?

The two packs do not run together,the reverse is a separate circuit.If I was to use it I would run a small reverse pack as you don't need much.I never use reverse in my boats anyway.Its a bad habit with flex cables,you unwind them.
