I dont think Blackhawk hobbies is in existence anymore. i passed where their shop should be but it look abandoned.

i also checked out where the 2nd video was filmed, Bayou St. John, and it looks to be a promising area to play. I'll keep my eyes open for some people running boats to get a word on these guys status.

Here is a video from this weekend,, REALLY WINDY!!! Way too rough for this little Hydro...

          It was running a 3300KV watercooled motor, CC 125 esc, 2/ 4000mAh 7.4V 25C lipos in series for 14.8V, and X437 prop..

Also ran the M/Machine on 6S lipo...Nice blow over at the end!! It was running a Neu 1515, 2/3S T.Power 5000mAh lipos in series, MGM 16024 esc, M440 prop...

Nothing like keeping you lipos warm and your prop wet!!

Hey tx, great videos!! Amazing speed on that MM with 6S. Once the weather warms up, I am going to run the NeuEnergy 6S1P/5000/30C Lipos - still on backorder, with a Lehner 1950/10 1254kv. Did you use the 1515/3D on your MM?

I have a DF22 Hydro I am building now, I wonder which turn fin did you use on the Hydro? Some have suggested the Aquacraft, but it's 4.4 inches long. I was thinking a length of 2.5 inches would be enough. What do you think?
            Mean Machine Cat: 9XL, 4S2P, CC120, M545 (50mph) -- DF22 Hydro: 8L, 3S1P/4500, CC120, x637 (49mph) -- M-1 SuperCat: 1521/1Y, 6S2P, CC240, x447 (61mph) -- SV27 Mono: stock setup, 14-cell/4200, x642 (42mph) -- Micro Scat Cat: 28-3600, 3S1P/2100, Turnigy 60, x430 (41mph)
