Hey all just a few pics of the BBY SS hydro I have been building, run with 7xl, hydra , 4s1p 4500mah 30c and will start with m440 prop. CG is spot on in the middle of the turn fin. Just waiting for RMZ to email me some decal ideas, thinking chrome to red flames coming of the sponsons and down the hull. The pics are not great, but you get the idea, its my first hydro, build or otherwise and have no idea how it will go. Will find out this weekend.

Yep was not in the pics sorry. I am real excited with this and have fairly high expectations. One problem I forgot to but foam in the sponsons, what kind of expanable foam out of a can does not hold water and will not pop my seams?Comment

Andy, yestreday I ran a 7XL on a X438 for our championship race, I used 2x 7.4v 4350 mah 20c lipos in my H&M Lifter, My temps were 107 motor, 96 esc,104batteries! and this is after a 1 mile heat race! the gps on board said I reached 54.7mph, I was flyin on the straights!Comment
