I fired the motors and escs up tonight! They didn't have any sync loss at 8s so i was pleased. The escs did get out of sync when i hooked them to a 1100kv typhoon.

The electric ones have 2 24volt trolling motors and are controlled by a joystick.

That video was with one kb45 on 6s but two of these will be going in it on 8s..
And those two will be going to this prop..

and I will start off with gearing to make the prop run at 1700rpm unloaded and go different gear ratios untill i get to 100-95 amps per motor.
1/4inch prop shaft and flex shaft.
I am making the gearbox and most of the hardware.
The hull was homemade from someone on ebay about 6-7 years ago that i purchased when i was 14.
I am really hoping to get at least 60mph and 75mph if these motors turn out to be sweet. Thanks for your interest!
p.s. After i am done with this and my mean machine i am going to make a 2-3 motor outrigger and try for 9kw!
