We'll the first real run and boy it is moving. Need to add turn fins but all in all a very successful build. Enjoy and Drool.... :D

The mean machine shouldn't need turn fins? Are you trying to turn at full speed in the narrow river? If you take a larger gradual corner it should turn nicely. If not try moving the batteries closer to the transom.

Yes you are probably right Steve . It was very narrow where I was but close and convenient for testing. I will do a second run today, upstream where its a little more wider.
