40" Dumas Fiberglass Scarab conversion from Nitro to Electric

Looking for suggestions to update a 7.5cc nitro engine in a 40" fiberglass Dumas hull to electric and keeps the same outdrive hardware. What motor and speed control to run on plane for fun, not racing. 20-30 mph max would be great. i could update the outdrive if necessary. It has a 3/16" flex cable now.

I'd suggest 4092 sixe motor around 1200-1400 kv on 6s if surface drive. If sub surface or submerged drive then lower kv. Some pics would be helpful. Also what prop size etc.
I have a 43" Cigarette hull that has a SSS 4092 1100kv motor, OSE Raider 150 esc on 6s. Runs at 35-40 mph speeds on 47-50 mm props. Only draws 60-70 A so gets long runs at scale speeds.
