Well its been a really long time since I've been able to work on this and with my open pool staring me in the face I sat down today with the intention of getting all the parts cut out and I stood up about 10 hours later with ALOT more done. I got all the parts cut out , the frame assembled, the bottom assembled and the initial electronics layout. I got the motor mounts started. I made them out of a balsa carbon fiber sandwich and I made an esc mount plate the same way. let me know what you think? Pics bellow:
