Woodstuff 28, 32 and 36" FE Tunnel builds!

Been working on these boats for a little while, and I am getting closer to finished. The 32" is actually done, and running, the other two still have some work to do. The 28" is for P-Spec, the 32" is for P-OPC, and the 36" is for anything it wants to be in! haha I added the mahogany sponson decks, and paintwork. Update, they are all up and running, and running Gooooodddd! Mike

Got 59.3mph out of the 36", 53.0mph out of the 32", and 49.8mph out of the 28" this weekend. More speed will be coming as I continue to tune!

          Kris,

The 36" started out with the Medusa 36-80-2000kv, but just got switched to the Castle/Neu 1515 2200kv motor, and uses the hydra 240lv, 4s2p, lawless 7.5 lower. With the the Medusa I managed 50.0mph, I then changed out to the Castle/Neu, scuffed the bottom of the hull, cut down the skeg, polished the skeg, lowered the propshaft, and popped a 59.3mph reading! Now, I will say, the little things definately contributed to the increased speed, but the 200kv extra helped, and that motor is strong! Ran it air cooled as well, came back cool, as did the speed controller. I just got in 5 cell packs today..so I am sure you can imagine what I might try next! Mike

Switched to 5 cell on the woodstuff 36" last night..With bad headwinds and barely able to stay at full speed, I pulled a 64.4 and 64.2mph. Here is the proof! Mike

Woodstuff, or Mike Crawford makes these. Just pulled a 64.7 and 65.1mph this weekend with the 36" hull!

These hulls seem to be "out-of-stock"...where could one get an FE version of the 32?
                            I let the dogs out...
