I put a layer of tape down on the deck and cut it on the seam and left it there. It still pulls up a little espically the gold tape but if you are careful you can pull the second layer of tape off the first with out harming the paint I did. but you have to go slow. The new paint jobs with the Laquer base that I do now do stick. I could strip the paint and re do it it is up to you.

I think your idea of laying a strip of hatch tape down and leaving it there is a great idea. I will go slowly removing the second layer of hatch tape as you said. No need to re-paint it.

I will PM you later today. I need to work out the box size I had to glue in the rear boom for testing, That way I knew the boat was water tight. So the box will be a little wider.

Randy the pleasure is all mine. After the LA SAW meeting you and Wilmer are bigger than Texas. PC and Jan done a good job of the video and pics. Makes me want to be there.
Maybe a shoot out between the two Naylor riggers next year? Nah they would not let me in the country

Hi Guys I have surprise for you all A new tub for the 2S rigger. I was not going to show it to any one but Paddy is so cool, I wanted to share it with you all. I started this plug right after the SAW's. Wilmer came up with the Name for the series. "The Lift Master" I all ready have two sets of sponsons for the rigger. the first one are the small set will went 84MPH with, and a new bigger set that I designed for 2S to go over 100MPH I feel. there is a 4S1P pack next to the plug to get a feel for the size.
