You will be ok to adjust when built easy by moving the lipos back or forth.
Personally i would mount the motor as far forward as possible,therefore enabling a straight tube through the bottom of the hull and then a bend under the hull.Just like the gas versions.
I wouldnt bother with a bukhead either,more weight,
Yours looks a downsight cleaner than ours,its gets oil and crap inside after a good few tanks.
We are still experimenting with props,but the bad weather is against us at the mo'.

Nice !! My thought were twins also, Im threw with singles, I burn up too much $$$$ , you are way less likely to burn stuff up if you take a hot setup in a single prop boat and double it you will have about 50% less amp draw on you systems. Just my thought on the front of this hull looks like it could generate some serious up lift, might blow over on you before u hit 100mph, looks like it will run nice and light though...
