You dont believe- or what am i missing, every one of my boats run 2.4 gig and standard servo's except for my tunnel wich runs a digi airtronics

If I would have known the 755 1/4 scale servos were not digital I would have gotten 1/4 digital servos. But the 4PK does have a mode for stanard servos.

I do believe you, but I would have bought dig. servo's only if I was using 2.4.
Just to make max. benefit/profit of the 2.4 system/servo's.

I mean I use them on helis and planes. but does the rudder really uses the advantage of a digi?

so digi's dont work to full potential on say a m11 digital TX w/ a 75mhz module installed running on 75 mhz

Digital has more power from the start at "0" movement. I would have preferred them but i was trying to save some $$$$ for Damon he is getting a little on the thin side as he gets a lot of $$$ in the project.

The biggest plus on a digital servo is its holding power. Might be a good thing on a big boat with lots of speed. On the other hand digital servos do not like moisture. You can run an analog servo underwater. Trust me I have done it many times.

But I'd rather use dig. servo's than analog servo's in such an expensive boat,
as long as the tx allows the use of dig. servo's.

I was no where talking about 2.4 ghz. I don't use 2.4 but I do use 75mhz. You can use any servo digital or analog with both 2.4 or 75 or 27 for that matter.

but your client has spent so much money on this boat, so much on the motors, so much on the speed controls.
Take that plywood out!!!
please , as a favor for me. Tell your client to buy 2 carbon plates, 2.5mm each , no more than 30 dollars shipping included. And make the support and reinforcements with it.
I already almost had a heart attack when I saw the rc box in an electric setup. But figured out, in a big boat like this, why not. I just couldn't digest the plywood. sorry

I would assume the plywood is only in there for rough fitting. I built mine using thin plywood and once everything was set cut my cf plates.
