You'll need more than drivers.....it won't be complete until you put a dummy Hemi or big block Chevy over the rear hatch....BTW, anyone know where i can find some drivers for the boat?ERROR 403 - This is not the page you are looking for

Parma International makes a great 1/10 scale Hemi Kit, I have used them in several builds. http://www.shopatron.com/products/ca...371.7130.0.0.0

Great pictures Jay
have you noticed the gas turbine in the boat on the 4th picture parked at shore , that size of turbine would easily eclipse the 1500HP mark , now that would be a wild ride......................
Necessity is the mother of invention.............

Yes the trim tab plates go accost the full transom. Think the boat would do 30MPH back then Now I think 45 to 50MPH will be easy. I have two Parma Hemi's in stock.Originally posted by wakeboardfusion View Postis that a full length trim tab? what kind of speeds were you seeing with that setup?

The drivers and engine bay look like a Hatch cover from a DPI Crackerbox, I'm sure the Vac-U-Cracker hatches are about the same as well. http://www.vac-u-boat.com/Originally posted by wakeboardfusion View Post

here i am as of today, almost done, now comes the hard part, body work, paint, engine, cockpit, and setting up all the hardware.
Should i fiberglass resin the whole boat before i paint? or just use wood filler in the grain? Should i run some fiberglass mat down the bottom of the hull to make it stronger? i did put fiberglass in the hull in the front, and will do it on the inside of the boat in the back but just havent yet.

Decided to fiberglass the bottom... Trying to get the golf ball theory on this one... This isnt the right link, but i cant find the boat one. It allows more air to get under the boat to provide more lift. I will not sand it down and leave the dimples. We will see how it goes.

man, building boats is time consuming!. I just spend about 2 hours sanding and doing some simple body work. I am getting close.
