I hear what you are saying Chuck but you have skills that I do not possess and skill is something I am willing to pay for. I never sell a prop so I have a good collection now but from time to time I will send you some that need a touch up or tweaking. I like to keep them in good condition.

$500???? What size boat was this? I could have shipped you five 35" monos for less than that cost.

Steven it was a BBY oval racing rigger but not one from Randy. It was a private sale and I said I would take it before I knew how much the postage was. Once I say I will take something I hate backing out even if it costs me money. The guy would not pull it to pieces so it was sent ready to run and you can imagine the size of the box needed. Randy sent me one of his SAW riggers and the postage on that was much less because Randy packs his goods well and gets the parcel as small as possible. Don't get me wrong as I am not moaning about the guy or the deal. The guy went above and beyond to get the rigger to me and it is my best handling boat. I look after it and unless some unforeseen disaster happens It will still be in my collection 10 years from now. It is a keeper.
Please do not get us wrong as we know it is not you fault about the cost of postage. I am one that would not mind paying less postage if it took a month or 6 weeks to get something I do not need in a hurry. You do offer the fast service and I have used that several times and get your products within 7 days. It is not often I need things in a hurry though. HK often take a month and I accept that but if I want something in a hurry I will never rely on HK.

What a bunch of whiners .....delivery to Canada by the guys in brown is obscene as far as duty and other charges....the US postal service is pretty good.

the expanda-envelope-bags you send to Au arrive ~14 days.. the boxes arrive 30+ to my door.. different handling systems... mark me down as a 'bag man' !

I try to optimize bag contents per purchase .. but sometimes that loyalty is outweighed by courier fees.

The shipping service has bot changed. FedEx handles the shipments from here to AU. Customs imports them and hands them off to your postal service. The delays are coming at the customs point.

These are all excuses that people use these days to explain away their hugeness. I am just going to go with I am a pig and love food but I am working on it. The working on it part is one of the reasons why I have less model time as exercise takes time. Losing weight again and getting fitter by the week.

Place for really weird people is right. We have a guard that works for us that makes his own toy swords and costumes and dresses in them and takes pictures and puts them on Facebook. Sometimes I think Psych Tests should be mandatory for security guards but after careful consideration it leaves me wondering if I would have a job

My daughter is twice the woman I'll ever be .. as a teen her exercise regime took her on walks along the beach.. to the icecream place down the end, where she reckons she deserved a treat... was busted one day.. walked in our door with an icecream afterglo on her smile !
At 24 she is addicted to diets.. has a new one every day, sometimes 2..... says they just dont seem to work ...

Didya hear of the Alaska bloke whose car broke down ? He called the mechanic.. told to wait about an hr.. so went got a cold treat and walked back just when the mechanics van arrived. Bloke has a quick check, looks at the fellow..says 'looks like you've blown a seal' To which the fella said, nah.. just had an icecream'
